Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our telecommunications sales team in Lagos Island and drive strategic growth across the region.
• The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in telecom sales, proven success in managing sales teams and dealer networks, and a deep understanding of retail and B2B sales dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive sales to SMEs and manage key retail shop operations.
• Monitor and enhance sales operations, ensuring consistent KPI performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, partners, and customers.
• Oversee a territory with 30–50 base stations and 40–50 dealers and retail outlets.
• Ensure effective collections and revenue management from retail outlets.
• Lead and manage a team of direct sales representatives and field agents.
• Recruit and manage a network of dealers and distributors across the region.
• Execute regional marketing initiatives and Below-The-Line (BTL) activities.

Requirements

• HND/BSc/BA in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in telecoms sales, with a strong performance track record.
• Demonstrated experience in sales team leadership, territory management, and dealer development.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 per month.
