Job Title: Resort Center Manager

Location: Lekki / Ajah Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for an experienced Resort Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of our resort in Lekki/Ajah.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, smooth facility management, and strong team performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily resort operations (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance).
  • Oversee budgets, expenses, and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with resort standards.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to drive bookings and revenue.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to deliver top-quality service.
  • Maintain high guest satisfaction and handle customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7–10 years experience in hotel or resort management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
