We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Retail Store Lead
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

Drive and increase sales performance in designated outlet.
Ensure store operational efficiency by enforcing adherence to all Standard operating procedures/process.
Initiate and drive marketing activities within store location.
Responsibility to develop own leadership skills and that of the team members.
Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all store operational activities.
Oversee and ensure customer in store experience is exceptional.
Engage customers, readily provide solutions, elicit feedback and communicate to appropriate persons for decision making.
Ensure and maintain adequate stock level(Inventory management) at all times.
