Job Title: Retail Store Lead

Job Responsibilities

• Drive and increase sales performance in designated outlet.
• Ensure store operational efficiency by enforcing adherence to all Standard operating procedures/process.
• Initiate and drive marketing activities within store location.
• Responsibility to develop own leadership skills and that of the team members.
• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of all store operational activities.
• Oversee and ensure customer in store experience is exceptional.
• Engage customers, readily provide solutions, elicit feedback and communicate to appropriate persons for decision making.
• Ensure and maintain adequate stock level(Inventory management) at all times.
