We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Description

• Prepare Sales Orders to form with approved POs from Sales Manager.
• Prepare local PO for Vendors in case of any Purchase approved by Sales Manager/MD.
• Follow up with customers’ deliveries by coordination with Accounts, Production, and Logistics to plan & deliver items as per the commitment.
• Collection of samples as per the Sales Manager inquiry from various client locations and stores.
• Coordinate with the Logistics team and Finance team one day before delivery to get ready the qty & invoices for delivery.
• Confirm with the production team when the next delivery is planned in case of any shortfall or delivery happening in 2 lots.
• Monthly customer sales tracker to be made and send to Marketing Manager/MD.
• Prepare & send quotations on behalf of the sales team to Customers.
• Prepare & send Work order forms on behalf of the Sales Manager to the Production team.
• Keep track of the production timelines given to the production team to keep up with the delivery promises to customers.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum of a B.Sc. Degree from a reputable University
• Candidates should have 3 - 4 years of customer experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint is mandatory.
