We offer a wide range of web related services to businesses and individuals including web design, web programming, web advertising / web hosting, domain name registration, mobile app development and web site maintenance at reasonable and affordable prices.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients
• Contact new and existing clientts by phone, whatsapp, chat. etc.
• Customer service support
• One on one interaction with prospective client (if required)
• Update company's social media accounts
• Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
• Daily report to mnagement team
• Generate new sales

Requirements
Preferred candidate must have:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
• Good communication skills with strong command of English language
• Good writing and typing skills
• Good knowledgde of Internet
• Strong sales background
• Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
• Basic knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
• Great with social media, especially Instagram
• Can work from home unsupervised
• Outstanding telemarketing skills
• Outstanding customer support skills
• Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Salary
N50,000 - N80,000 / month. Salary plus commission
