Job Title: Sales / Customer Service Manager

Location: Ajah, Lagos or surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable sales / customer service manager to join our web design sales team.

Responsibilities

Contact new and existing clients by phone, WhatsApp, email, chat. Etc.
One on one interaction with prospective client (if required)
Generate new sales online or offline
Daily report to management team
Customer service support
Manage company's social media accounts
Manage sales team
Serve as an intermediary between web design team and clients
Generate invoices, quotes for new and existing clients

Requirements
Preferred candidate must have:

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification with 1 - 3 years experience.
Outstanding knowledge of web design, web hosting, web advertising
Good communication skills with strong command of English language
Outstanding customer support skills
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Basic knowledge of how search engines (Google) works
Strong social media skills, especially Instagram and Facebook
Option to work from home
Good writing and typing skills
Good knowledge of Internet
Strong sales background
Outstanding telemarketing skills
