We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Oversee the promotion of the Company’s sales on advertisement media and listing services.
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in the Company’s services to offer them deals.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements.
• Book interested client for inspections.
• Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties.
• Create lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
• Facilitate negotiations between the prospects and the Company.
• Review contracts to ensure terms are met.
• Follow-up with clients
• Generate client leads to buy the Company’s product & services.
• Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
• 2 - 5 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to write a very good proposal.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
