Overland Airways Limited was incorporated on September 17‚ 1998 to provide scheduled and charter flight services. Overland Airways has its headquarters at  17‚ Simbiat Abiola Road‚ Ikeja‚ Lagos‚ Nigeria‚ and operational stations across Nigeria and West Africa. The Airline commenced flights in 2002 with the aim of increasing the prosperity of the Nigerian hinterland by providing seamless and reliable air transportation of business and leisure travelers and interconnecting hub cities and remote economies.

Overland Airways is a pioneer airline on many routes and currently operates scheduled flights within Nigeria and parts of West Africa‚ and charter flights to West and Central Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Overland Airways is an IOSA certified airline based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our Sales team, meet sales targets and achieve the company's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales team for peak performance
• Identify new business opportunities and markets
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Sales analysis and forecasting.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trade partners

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the transportation or logistics industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
• Experience in the Aviation Industry is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
