Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging) in a Plastic Manufacturing Company

Lorache Consulting Limited - Our client, a manufacturer of plastics, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Manager (Flexible Packaging)

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

Implementation of territory growth strategies.
Sales forecast and review of available pipeline
Responsible for leading customer acceptance of new product designs
Identifying and developing sustainable relationship with key accounts at both strategic and tactical level.
Managing entire sales process - targeting to top prospectus, identifying client solutions, negotiating, and closing.
Ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved.
Generating business by leveraging existing relationships, prospecting, conducting market analysis.
Maximizing sales performance through delivering an exceptional customer experience and by taking customer feedback.

Requirements

5 years of experience in sales on the same or related industry.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience setting sales goals
Results-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
