Job Title: Sales/Marketing Executive

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

Description 

  • The Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF) is a development finance focused on inclusive growth, impact investing, venture capital, fund manager, and public-private partnership initiatives.
  • To support these programmes, we are recruiting Sales and Marketing Executives to help drive outreach, client acquisition, stakeholder engagement, and strategic product promotion across Nigeria and within the diaspora.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell NCDF’s products and services to individuals, cooperatives, institutional partners, and diaspora communities
  • Identify and pursue new markets and partnership opportunities
  • Organize and participate in exhibitions, roadshows, investor briefings, and webinars
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
  • Track sales performance and provide weekly/monthly reports to management
  • Lead sales and marketing efforts for NCDF’s investment opportunities and managed funds.
  • Drive registration and subscriptions for the Diaspora Affordable Housing Programme
  • Develop marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional platforms

Ideal Candidates Should Have

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales, marketing, or business development (finance, real estate, energy, or related sectors preferred)
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
  • Strong presentation and proposal development abilities
  • Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Experience with CRM and digital marketing tools is desirable
  • Familiarity with investment products, financial instruments, or capital markets is an advantage
