Job Brief

• We are looking for a resolute Sales Officer to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our firm.
• The Sales Officer will be required to study existing procedures and formulate appropriate strategies that facilitate our expansion.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines .
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

Requirements

• B.Sc / BA in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field.
• 2-3 years experience as a Sales Officer or equivalent with sound understanding of; Real estate sales and marketing.
• Excellent team player.
• B2B Sales & Marketing skills.
• Experience in customer support is a plus.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven sales track record.
• Candidates must reside on the Island.
