Job Title: Sales Officer - Real Estate

Position Overview

• We are looking for a Sales Officer who will be responsible for presenting our real estate offerings to potential clients. While having a tech background is considered an added advantage, it is not mandatory, and prior sales experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities
Client Presentation:

• Present and showcase our real estate projects to potential clients.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the features and benefits of our properties.

Sales:

• Actively engage with potential clients and guide them through the sales process.
• Address client inquiries and provide accurate information about the properties.

Relationship Building:

• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Understand client needs and preferences to tailor offerings accordingly.

Tech Integration (Added Advantage):

• Leverage tech background to enhance the sales process.
• Utilize technology tools to streamline client interactions and presentations.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
• Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years experience.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Tech background is an added advantage.
• No prior sales experience is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated.

Salary
N100,00 / Month.
