• Lead the end-user training work stream activities.
• Complete work stream deliverables,
• Develop training strategies, standards and tools.
• Develop and implement role-based curriculum.
• Execute training development programs.
• Train on support tools and system environments.
• Train on the new system functionality and business processes.
• Build and deploy associated courses.
• Coordinate training activities with process teams.
• Create and manage training environment and training landscape.
