Job Title: HR Marketing Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions

• Develop new client base and leads
• To make contacts with selected clients and maintain client database
• Initiate and close business deals
• Proposal preparation and presentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution
• CIPM/CIPD/SHRM/HRCM or relevant HR certifications
• Indebt knowledge of Human Resources strategies
• Ability to meet set business targets.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Particularly detail oriented.
• Be self-directed and motivated.
• Excellent people and client management skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong business development skills with a proven track record of converting prospects to paying clients.
• Experience in proposal/bid preparation.

Remuneration
50,000 naira plus commission.
