Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our dynamic team in successfully delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Senior Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and objectives.
This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and closure of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and effectively communicate them to the project team and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to address them proactively.
Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and customer expectations, and solicit feedback for process improvement.
Facilitate post-project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and identify areas for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, vendors, and executive leadership.
Lead project team meetings, providing guidance, support, and direction to team members to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure efficient utilization and allocation.
Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies in project management, and incorporate them into project methodologies and processes.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
Must have 5-7 years experience
Proven experience as a Project Manager, managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Solid understanding of project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
