Job Title: Senior Supervisor - Well Service

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary

• The Senior Supervisor, Well Service will oversee and coordinate well service operations, including well interventions, workovers, and completions.
• The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of well service operations, while also providing leadership and guidance to the well service team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate well service operations, including well interventions, workovers, and completions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop and implement training programs for well service personnel.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
• Represent the company in interactions with contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure safe operations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including drilling, production, and reservoir management.
• Manage budgets and resources for well service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in well service operations, including at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience working in a similar role in the oil and gas industry.Ability to work offshore or in remote locations.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to pass a medical examination and obtain necessary certifications.
• Strong commitment to safety and environmental responsibility.
