Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Lagos

Job Description

• You will have to provide service support to our customers by travelling extensively to their work facilities located in Nigeria and also some times across Africa.
• You will operate from your home office with all general administrative support from our office in India.
• You will report to Multi-regional head ( India & Africa )

Responsibilities

• Installation and startup of Injection moulding systems provided by JONWAI at customer sites.
• Preventive Maintenance and Trouble Shooting
• Provide on-site training to client team
• Regular and in-depth accurate reporting of field activities.
• Ensuring smooth and stable customer experience.
• Optimisation of customer operations.

Qualifications

• Technician / Engineering Degree
• Knowledge in PLC & Industrial Automation systems
• Frequent travelling is must
• fluency in English & local language skill is a must.
• 2 - 5 years Experience.
• Very good verbal and written communication skill
• some experience in field service
• Preference for candidate with experience in Injection Molding

Remuneration

• We offers a competitive componsation package as per industry standard and also there is potential growth opportunity .
• Salary: N100,000 - N200,000 / month.
