Job Title: Site Engineer

Location: Abuja

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site construction work and manage contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare workflow documents and liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Prepare reports on site progress and submit them to management.
• Ensure that all stakeholders, including contractors and subcontractors, are kept informed about any changes or updates related to the project.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure that the project is completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
• Conduct inspections of construction sites to ensure compliance with project requirements and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree qualification.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
• Technical knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Familiarity with HSCE regulations and compliance.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
