Job Title: Site Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Enugu

Role Overview

• The Site Manager will manage daily operations at the respective facility, focusing on vehicle conversions, customer service, and staff coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management:
  • Supervise vehicle conversions and refuelling operations, ensuring daily targets are met.
  • Coordinate with the Technical Manager to schedule maintenance and repairs.
• Resource Management:
  • Monitor inventory levels for parts, tools, and CNG supplies, and coordinate reordering as needed.
  • Ensure the site is adequately staffed to meet operational demands.
• Reporting and Compliance:
  • Maintain records of daily activities, including vehicle conversions and CNG sales.
  • Ensure site compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Customer Relations:
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing queries and complaints promptly.
  • Promote services to attract more clients and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s / HND Degree or equivalent experience in operations or business management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in site management or a related role.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
