About the Job

• We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Social Media Strategist to join our marketing team. The Senior Social Media Strategist will develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
• The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, strong script writing, and a proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and generate leads
• Create and manage content calendars for various social media platforms
• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing objectives
• Manage and mentor a team of social media specialists.
• Stay current on social media trends and best practices and continuously innovate and improve social media strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of creating successful social media campaigns and driving engagement
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience managing a team and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Team Management Skill
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
