Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The Social Media Manager will partner with members of the creative team to drive the social media presence for our brand, create and deliver high-quality original content, drive engagement, develop and run advertising campaigns. The Social Media Manager will also engage influencers and manage our online community.

Job Responsibilities

  • Amplify and maintain a solid online presence across theCompany’s social media channels
  • Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels and adapting content to suit the different channels
  • Create engaging media content across multiple platforms
  • Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics, Instagram Insights
  • Monitor the company’s brand on social media
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  • Develop, launch and manage competitions and campaigns that promote the brand
  • Form key relationships with influencers and content creators
  • Manage and facilitate social media communities and foster engagement across all social media platforms

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a social media manager
  • Experience in content management and copywriting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working with a media house is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to build social media communities.
