Job Title: Social Media Manager

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth past 100k+ followers and achieving high engagement rates on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling and shareable content.
• Knowledge of the market intelligence landscape and ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Previous experience as an influencer is highly desirable.
• Self-motivated individual who thrives in a high-pressure environment and can work autonomously with a strong sense of accountability.
• Expertise in developing and executing growth hacking strategies tailored for social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.

Non-Negotiables:

• 5+ years of experience in developing and executing growth hacking strategies tailored for social media platforms.
• Proven track record of successfully driving growth past 100k+ followers and achieving high engagement rates on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.
• Preference for candidates with a strong social media presence
• Preference for candidates based in Nairobi, Kenya or Lagos, Nigeria, but the candidate must reside in Africa

Salary
USD24,000 - USD45,000 / Annum.
