Professors/Associate Professors/Senior Lecturers/Lecturers I & II and Assistant Lecturers in these fields of specialization:

Pre-Requisites
Professors:

• A Ph D degree with evidence of academic leadership in terms of publications, Research and Development (R & D) and administrative experience.
• In addition, the candidates must have at least 12 years of cognate experience in full-time teaching. Research active professors who meet prescribed internationally recognized contributions are placed on a special package.

Associate Professors:

• Same as for Professors but with at least 10 years cognate experience.

Senior Lecturers:

• Same as for Professors but with at least 7 years cognate experience and must have been a Lecturer 1 in a previous University.

Lecturers I & II:

• Ph D degree with 4 years cognate experience.

Assistant Lecturers:

• At least a Master’s degree in relevant disciplines with a CGPA suitable for undertaking M. PhilPh D programme.
