Job Overview

• We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our team as a Special Assistant to the DG of an NGO.
• The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of the NGO development initiatives, designing, developing, and executing strategic program plans.

• Person Specification
• Top-notch PR background
• Good interpersonal relationship skills
• Ability to organise meetings, track, engage and attend meetings
• A strong networker
• Willingness to take initiative and work independently when needed, demonstrating a proactive approach to program analysis and improvement.
• Strong attention to detail for accuracy in data analysis, reporting, and program documentation.
• Great Logical, analytical, and research skills.
• Transparency and accountability.
• An available person who can attend meetings late at night
• Preferably a female
• Friendly, driven, and is able to use whatever means she can deploy to make sure the DG attends events, social events, etc.
• A Mature personality.
• Experience working as a Special Assistant in an NGO is a plus.
