Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) - Founded by Tope Imasekha, WIN is a female-run, non-profit organisation, that aims to reduce the gender gaps that exist in education, living conditions, economic empowerment and political participation in Nigeria. WIN is dedicated to positively affecting the socio-economic development of Nigeria through the empowerment of women.

Locations: Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Taraba, Sokoto, Jigawa and Gombe

Job Summary

• We are seeking passionate, dedicated individuals to become WIN State Coordinators and lead the charge in driving our women empowerment initiatives across different states in Nigeria.
• This position is vital for engaging local communities, leading impactful programs, and contributing to the empowerment of women and girls.

Responsibilities
As a State Coordinator, you will:

• Champion WIN's mission and help create lasting change.
• Lead and coordinate activities that empower women and girls in your state.
• Engage with local communities, identifying opportunities for impact and collaboration.
• Be the face of WIN in your state, working closely with our national team to drive key initiatives.
