Job Title: Store Attendant

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Provide assistance to shop managers and organizers.
• Perform shop assistance duties in maintaining and running a shop.
• Assist customers in locating the products and merchandize they need.
• Assist customers in packing and cart wheeling of their merchandize up to the exit point or to the car park.
• Assist inventory control manager in organizing and maintaining merchandize.
• Assist customers in obtaining and paying off their bills at the counter.
• Ensure compliance of established standards and procedures of shop management.
• Handle shop keys and deposit in a safekeeping locker.
• Perform opening and closing of shop on time.
• Display merchandize and products in a well-organized manner.

Requirements

• Education: OND / SSCE
• Experience: 0-2 years
• Male Preferable.

Skills:

• Listening actively to customers to identify their needs
• Organizing items on sales floor based on knowledge of company visual standards
• Defusing upset customers using conflict resolution skills.
• Using specific product knowledge to provide solutions to customers
• Prioritizing tasks to maximize efficiency each work shift
