Job Title: Store Attendant
Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The ideal candidate will become an integral part of their dedicated team, to contribute to the growth and success of their store.
• The Store Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store's appearance, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent customer service skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a welcoming and helpful atmosphere.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products, prices, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new merchandise.
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
• Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
• Assist in opening and closing the store, as required.
• Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure products are correctly priced and labeled.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or discrepancies to the Store Manager.

Requirements

• SSCE or equivalent.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic maths skills and proficiency in using POS systems.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move merchandise as needed.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Salary
N50,000 / Month.
