Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Fashion store
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion retail, customer experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and motivate the store team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and store upkeep.
• Implement promotions and merchandising strategies to boost sales and revenue.
• Make strategic decisions to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels, and visual displays.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in retail or fashion store management.
• Must reside within or close to Ajah/Sangotedo.

Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 monthly.
