We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Store keeper

Location: Ibadan, Oyo

The Purpose

• To perform activities such as stocking of operational materials and supplies, inventory control and records, purchasing, and related duties as required.

The Duties

• Receive materials into Store after checking with delivery notes alongside the corresponding Purchase Order (PO).
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
• Prevent unauthorized person entry into the stores.
• Periodic comparison of bin cards’ balances with physical quantities in the bin.
• Ensure proper stocking of materials by using appropriate method of care and preservation to avoid any damage.
• Binning of the items and bin cards, updating accordingly as well as system records update.
• Maintain proper record of receipts, issue and balance of all items.
• Issue from the stores, in line with proper authorization, in right quantity and right specification at all time.

Qualifications

• 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sitting/NABTEB / Trade test.

Experience:

• At least 2 years cognate experience in FMCG.
