Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Structural Engineer with a specialization in bridge design and construction to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and overseeing the construction of bridge structures while ensuring safety, compliance, and durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze bridge structures, ensuring compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
• Perform structural calculations and develop detailed engineering drawings and specifications.
• Review and approve design plans, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Utilize structural analysis software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS, CSI Bridge) and CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Prepare and present technical reports, feasibility studies, and project documentation.
• Provide innovative solutions to complex structural challenges, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure construction aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, project managers, and contractors, to achieve project objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes related to bridge engineering.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proven experience (10+ years) in bridge design, analysis, and construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with cable-stayed bridges is a plus.
• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD Pro, SAP2000, MIDAS, CSI Bridge).
• Strong knowledge of bridge design codes and standards (e.g., AASHTO, Eurocodes, BS Standards).
