The SURE - P MCH Programme aims to mitigate the impact of subsidy reduction on the vulnerable population and initiate a robust social safety net mechanism for Nigerians. The programme specifically seeks to contribute to the reduction of Maternal, Newborn and Child morbidity and mortality through expanded
access to an integrated package of qualitative maternal and child health services in underserved and hard to reach communities across Nigeria.

Building on the Midwives Service Scheme (MSS), the programme focuses on and guarantees increased access to skilled attendance at birth throughout the continuum of care for women of the reproductive age, newborns and under five children.

SURE-P MCH in pursuant of this objective is expanding to additional primary health care facilities in rural communities and wishes to undertake the recruitment and deployment of:

1.) Midwives
2.) Female Nurses and
3.) Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) to designated Primary Health Care facilities under the SURE-P MCH programme throughout the country

Requirements

• Applicant must be a registered Female Nurse, Midwife or CHEW with current practicing licenses and certificate(s)
