Job Title: Surveyor and Civil Engineer

Location: Warra, Ngaski - Kebbi
Employment Type: Full-time

Requirements

• BSc in Surveying & Geo-informatics, Civil Engineering
• Fresh graduate or up to 5 years post graduation work experience.
• Ability to multi-task effectively and possess strong work ethic.
• Work closely with unit heads and team members to develop your skills and knowledge.
• Ability to adapt quickly to an Off-site work location.
• Ability to record survey measurements and descriptive data, using notes, drawings, sketches, and inked tracings.
• Required to work weekends, but work schedule is weather dependent, so flexibility is highly encouraged.
• Good communication/interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team.
• Apply theoretical knowledge in real-world applications and problem-solving.
• Conduct surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures on the Earth's surface, underground, and underwater, using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.
• Promote, execute and adhere to the company’s safety policies and encourage all employees, sub-contractors and consultants to adopt safety as a culture.
• Understand and comply with Company policies and procedures.
• Knowledgeand operation ofsurveying instruments such as Prisms, Theodolites, and Electronic distance-measuring equipmentwill be highly required.
• Gain hands-on experience through involvement in various projects, while collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
• Perform calculations to determine earth curvature corrections, atmospheric impacts on measurements, traverse closures and adjustments, azimuths, level runs, and placement of markers.

Perks and Salary
Greengrass Investment Limited offers a competitive salary package, with a salary range of N150,000 - N180,000 monthly gross pay, paid overtime, and performance bonuses.
