Job Title: TALENT MANAGER(Youth Talent Competition)
Location: Lagos, NIGERIA
Job Type:  Full Time

Job Description:
Ø Collaborate with the team to develop strategies.
Ø Identify markets and develop strategies aligned with our organisational goals.
Ø Connect talents to reputable agencies and production companies and assist with contract negotiation and sign off.
Ø Guide talents development and recommend relevant training where necessary.
Ø Source for relevant events in the creative industry and get your talents involved in beneficial ways which positively affect talent development and exposure
Ø Committed to the outworking of GCGT’s Mission and Values.
Ø Awareness of the Child Protection Policy
Ø Promote our products and services to relevant clients.
Ø Build a network of clients with the aim to provide opportunities beneficial to talents.
Ø Work with agencies and movie production companies to provide auditions and jobs for relevant talents on our platform.
Ø Work independently or as part of a team to coordinate ambassadors for events, shows and casting calls as requested by the organisation.
Ø Responsible for familiarising themselves with the Child Protection Policy and Procedures and with GCGT’s commitment to safeguarding the welfare of all young people
Ø Responsible for carrying out the role in line with GCGT’s Child Protection Policy and Procedures

Minimum Qualification:

• First degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or any Social Sciences.
• Some experience in arts, fashion and the entertainment industry is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidate must be able to communicate efficiently in English (Written and Spoken)
