Job Title: Technical Manager

Location: Abuja

Job Summary

• The Technical Manager will lead all technical aspects of the business, including vehicle conversions, equipment maintenance, and technical training programs. 
• This role ensures the highest technical standards and operational reliability.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight:

• Supervise vehicle conversions, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
• Manage the maintenance and repair schedules for all CNG equipment and infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.

Training and Development:

• Train CNG Systems Specialists on new techniques, tools, and safety procedures.
• Develop certification programs for technicians to ensure skill development.

Compliance and Safety:

• Implement safety protocols for technical operations, ensuring zero incidents.
• Liaise with regulatory agencies to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Process Optimization:

• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for technical operations.
• Conduct regular audits of vehicle conversions and equipment performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering or other related field.
• 8+ years of experience in technical management, preferably in CNG systems or automotive industries.
• Expertise in troubleshooting CNG equipment and managing technical teams.
