We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Officer / Operations Manager

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Roles and Responsibilities
Product Management:

• Oversee technical performance and quality control for FHIL products
• Prepare and update product data sheets, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet), and technical documentation. Etc.

Sales Pipeline Oversight:

• Manage and track the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports. Etc.

Coordination & Compliance:

• Liaise with internal teams to align product, sales, and operational goals
• Ensure importation, blending, and distribution processes meet technical and safety requirements
• Maintain technical documentation for audits, certifications, and regulatory checks

Market & Strategy Support:

• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Collaborate with production and logistics to ensure product availability. Etc.

Requirements

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in the same role is a requirement.
• Experience with fuel additives, lubricants, or industrial process management preferred.
• Proven ability to manage technical teams and deliver measurable operational results.
