Job Title: Tekla Operator

Location: Nigeria

Requirements

• Must have used TEKLA 3D software.
• Extensive experience in design reviews preparation of fabrication DWGs, MTOs.
• Oil & Gas industry preferred, but not a must.
• Min 5 years' experience.

• Model Structural Steelwork using the Tekla 3D Software Package to produce Fabrication drawings taken from the Model
• PDMS 3D Modeling for Review- if required
• Prepare and check M.T.O. (Material Take Off)
• Prepare weight Control Report (WRC)
• Review basic engineering drawings
• Checking of shop drawing & detailed member drawing
• Preparing of erection drawings
• Preparing of Welding Length
• Preparing Piping Isometric & Pipe Spools
• Preparing As-Built Drawing
• Preparing bill of material & Paint Area.
• Develop detail engineering drawing
• Check and Control Fabrication
• Dimensional Check
• Fabrication Sequence
• Calculation of center of gravity
