Checkoff Finance provides loan products for salary earners in approved organizations to cover gaps in their finances. Purpose of the loan is not regulated and we are licensed to make direct deductions from salaries at source. We are in partnership with Federal Government Agencies to provide this service to their employees.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Telesales Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
What does a day on the job look like?:

• Contacting potential customers to inform them about Checkoff Finance’s products.
• Directing prospects to the customer experience team when needed
• Optimal utilization of all sales tools and resources to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keeping adequate records of call logs and sales for administrative purposes
• Uploading, processing and monitoring customer’s request via appropriate channels to ensure customer success.
• Liaise with customer experience team in handling grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

• Your targets are realistic and are in line with your capabilities.
• You are equipped with necessary tools (phone, call card and laptop) and a conducive environment to perform your duties,
• You will be provided with tools to ensure success

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification with 1 year of work experience.

Salary
N50,000 Monthly.
