We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Tele Investigator Location: Lagos Employment Type: Temporary staff Job Description

  • A Tele Investigator is someone who carries out investigations on the phone.
Job Responsibilities
  • Realize basic information, industry, home address and other real situations of customers through data and telephone survey.
  • For suspected fraudulent customers, should induce them to disclose relevant facts after appeasing them with appropriate words.
  • Excavate, investigate and record the abnormal information points through the troubleshooting method.
Job Requirements
  • Good communication skills on the telephone.
  • Any relevant work experience.
