Revolutionary Marketing Concepts Limited (RMCL) is a fast growing business/marketing company with business interests in Finance, Real Estate and Outsourcing. RMCL owns a retail financial institution (a Microfinance Bank Licensed by Central Bank of Nigeria) offering outstanding products and services to suit the financial requirements of all Nigerians with its Head office in Abuja FCT and recently expanded its operations into Lagos state.   • The role involves opening and managing of accounts, selling MFB products and participating in tactical sales/marketing activities.
Responsibilities
  • Candidates must be able to acquire customers in or around Ojodu/Ogba/Agidingbi/Ikeja/Ishaga market and its environs. Residents of these areas will have an edge.
  • Ensure all loan requirements inclusive of charges are properly communicated to clients and all documentations duly completed, executed & submitted.
  • Ensure that all approved Loans are disbursed timely.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial statements of the business in order to access the repayment capacity and financial soundness of the borrower
  • Supervises Loan packaging and documentation.
  • Sourcing for microfinance Micro & SME clients in identified market zones.
  • Rendering financial advice to customers.
  • Ensure credit appraisal & cash flow analysis of clients.
  • Conducts credit check on borrowers and their guarantors.
  • Confirm status (physical state, valuation etc.) of assets/properties used as collateral by customers.
Qualifications
  • OND with minimum of 2 years experience in an organized setting or
  • HND/B.Sc in any relevant discipline (Must have done NYSC) with little or no experience.
  • Must have a flare for nurturing customers especially in the retail business environment and in a Commercial/Microfinance Bank.
