• Ensure full compliance with the Standard operating procedures (SOPs) within department.
• Optimize people productivity by manpower planning and implementation to achieve target and maximum productivity
• Maintain HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards by implementing, monitoring standards and conducting refresher training.
• Manage and control inventory to ensure zero stock-outs, minimal wastages, minimize overstocks and control shrink and loss.
• Achieve targeted sales and margins by ensuring product availability, product quality, service levels and cost controls
• Achieve consistency quality of all fresh, prepared and baked food products per the company’s standards.
• Responsible for KPIs such as sales, margin, waste management, stock-turns and food cost.
• Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for all customers. Respond to customer complaints or inquiries. Solicit customer feedback, input and information. React to information and create a plan to consistently meet the expectations of all customers.
