• The candidate must also have professional Facility Management certifications and must belong at least one professional body.
• Candidate should reside in Lagos around Ajah, Lagos Island, Gbagada, Surulere.
• The candidate(s) should have minimum of a Degree in Estate Management or related fields, with valid track record experience in property/facility management.
• Candidate must possess the necessary management skill, billing skill, tenant relationship skill and Microsoft proficiency; experience in managing malls and shopping complex will be an added advantage.
