• Operate office machines as well as keep them in serviceable conditions.
• Give advise to customers on various available finishing options.
• Recommend most suitable cost effective options to customers.
• Issue receipts to customers for job done and ensure payment is made.
• Control wastage, manage customers waiting time and ensure they are satisfied with the service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Preferably, Computer literacy is a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
