Edigheji Points Limited is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: Team Co-ordinator Location: Lagos Responsibility and Duties

  • Offer routine instructions to team members on job responsibilities.
  • Ensure performance of team members as per program standards.
  • Team Coordinators spur the people on their team to do their best and keep going.
  • Review and approve time sheets and escalate outliers.
  • Offer input of individual and group training needs.
  • Train team members on programs and address their program questions.
  • Lead and support staff and coordinate team product trial.
  • Ensure goal directed orientation plan for new team members.
  • Team Coordinators often report to Team Leaders and perform duties assigned by them.
Skills
  • Coordinating efforts of staff to yield maximum productivity
  • Managing time effectively so that deadlines get met
  • Communicating clearly in order for everyone to know exactly what they should be doing
  • Providing feedback promptly
  • Encouraging morale and each employee’s importance to overall goals.
