The Moment of Truth Business Reality Show is a platform dedicated to empowering young entrepreneurs in the UK and Nigeria. It showcases underrepresented innovators, providing them with a chance to pitch their business ideas and access resources for growth. The show aims to reduce unemployment by promoting business education and entrepreneurship, featuring high profile leaders and talented founders who are committed to solving societal challenges. Participants pitch their ideas, and the winners receive cash prizes, mentorship, and networking opportunities to further develop their ventures.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Talent Manager

Locations: Abuja (FCT) and Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

About the Role

  • Recruit and manage entrepreneurs, mentors, and judges.

Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection:

  • Source and shortlist entrepreneurs, mentors, and judges.
  • Manage open calls, applications, and auditions.
  • Ensure diversity and representation across participants.

Onboarding & Contracts:

  • Draft and manage participation agreements.
  • Manage media exposure and ensure participants are represented positively.
  • Liaise with PR/Communications to highlight talent stories.
  • Handle confidentiality for entrepreneurs.
  • Support entrepreneurs in preparing for competitions (pitch coaching, presentation skills).

Relationship Management:

  • Act as the main point of contact for participants and mentors.
  • Build long-term alumni networks for post-show engagement.

Development & Retention:

  • Provide feedback and guidance to participants.
  • Connect entrepreneurs with mentors, investors, and sponsors.
  • Track participant progress and success stories for future seasons.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years experience. 
  • Passion or experience in entrepreneurship ecosystems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
