Job Title: Human Resource Personnel

Location: Lagos

Summary

  • We are seeking aHuman Resources Personnel who is responsible for supporting the company’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Monitor attendance, leave, and employee welfare
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Prepare HR reports and support management with workforce planning.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, discipline, and grievance processes
  • Support performance appraisal and staff development initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Previous HR experience is an advantage
  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

Salary
N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 monthly.
