Bi-communications Nigeria Limited, a reputable communication organization based in Lagos State is recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Business Management Location: Any City, Nigeria Job Description

He/She will need to define the vision and mission of the company to all employees, motivate them and sets targets for performance at all levels.
Foster teamwork and commitment within the organization in order to achieve the short, medium and long-term goal of the business.
He/She, as Head of Business would be responsible for identifying possible business opportunities, drive marketing initiatives, market research and launching new products to grow business.
He/ she would have spearheaded reorganization, develop plans and institute strategies for business growth.
Candidate shall act as a focal point for implementing business plans.
The Business Head will be positioned to drive the business for high-efficiency metrics to enable synergies and diversity.
The Candidate is expected to out in place strategies the would expand the business scale and increase revenue.
He/She will be responsible for aggressively driving growth and target in order to increase sales.
The candidate will manage all budget cost closely, define growth and create strong business units to drive profit.
