We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Key Accounts Representative Reference Number: KA002 Location: Lagos Work Level: Senior Type: Permanent Duties and Responsibilities

  • Calls to existing trade according to independent time plan.
  • Maintain and grow customers account while continuously identifying opportunities for growth and improvement from existing Account.
  • Prospecting of new outlets and updates to call schedule.
  • Within limits set by operations Achieve sales target for assigned areas.
  • Logistics / Delivery Management
  • Review customer’s account monthly to ensure products are available and well arranged on the retail floor
  • Competitor’s insight.
  • Account (invoicing) and credit management.
  • Accurate completion of company records e.g. invoices, sales reports, return statements etc.
  • Account planning - Independent creation of a plan of action to raise sales, customized and relevant to the customer and the consumer.
  • Measured on: Customer relations, Volume, Credit, Plan quality, time management and Plan execution quality in merchandising and promotions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staff and Management as well as key stakeholders such as buyers
  • Provided dedicated and complete customer service supporting field Sales.
  • Provide Full service and resolve problems within KA’s geographical area.
Requirements Qualifications, Experience and Skills required:
  • Minimum of a B.Sc or HND in Marketing/Social Sciences.
  • Minimum of (3) three years relevant experience in Account Management and or retail Management experience preferably in FMCG
  • Advance Computer skills with specific reference to Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license

    Job Title: Network Engineer - Sagamu Plant Reference Number: ABI120 Location: Lagos Job Description
  • Career opportunity exists for a highly skilled Network Engineer in our Sagamu plant reporting directly Solutions Manager.
  • The successful incumbent will provide onsite and remote support to our users; will work independently and as part of a team to answer service desk calls, urgently analyse technical issues, address Level 2 escalations, work on projects, and troubleshoot over the phone/onsite/via remote access.
Amongst other duties, the job holder will;
  • Maintain/Upgrade/Troubleshoot networking equipment
  • Remote monitoring and management of system alerts and notifications
  • Document maintenance for all computer systems and network infrastructure
  • General user support of all company devices and software.
  • Manage Day to day operational issues
  • Initiate and /or participate in problem management process
  • Ability to learn new technologies as per business requirements.
  • Administer/Configure/Use monitoring and reporting tools such as SolarWinds
  • Must be willing to travel as per business requirement.
  • Handle virtually any network related work that may occur
Requirements The occupant of this position should possess:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. IT Certification such as ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, MCSE will be an advantage.
  • Strong understanding and familiarity with router, LAN switch, application accelerator, Firewall, wireless controller and IP Voice.
  • Good understanding of security, ACLs, LAN and Wireless security, 802.1x, VPN…
  • Firewall Cert bonus (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper etc) ITL Knowledge.
  • Good understanding of all routing protocols (For example: BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, GLBP, VRF), Traffic Engineering, L2/L3 VPN, QoS.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role.
  • For IP networks, network engineer must have a Cisco CCNP R&S
  • Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
  • Experience with firewalls, Internet VPN’s remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.
