Job Title: Agency Unit Manager (Sales) Location: Lagos (Victoria Island) Description

The role is a leadership role, where you manage a unit to attain company set targets.

Qualifications

Interested candidates must be a graduate from any Discipline.
Not younger than 30 years of age.
Preferably Ladies and Victoria island Residents
5 years and above sales experience, of which minimum of 3 year must be in Insurance sales
Good communication skills.
Drive team to succeed
B.Sc and HND qualifications.

Remuneration A primarily commission based but will get a basic allowance in addition to commission and performances based incentives every two weeks . Career growth should be expected.
