pharmaceutical group founded in 2011, is involved in marketing /
distribution of pharmaceutical and personal hygiene products. Its chief
promoter has about 30 years pharmaceutical professional working
experience in Nigerian and in
the US; and has been at the center of
pharmaceutical and medical care in the United State for the past 20
years.
The company has 17 SKUs in the antibiotics, anti-malaria, diabetic,
men's health and personal hygiene segments of the Nigerian
pharmaceutical market, with many other in various stages of NAFDAC
approval / registration.
To achieve its immediate objective and the vision to be amongst the top 5
pharma - marketing / manufacturer, we are recruiting to fill the
position below:
Job Title: Senior Medical Representative
Locations: Lagos, Abuja and Enugu
Job Description
- The incumbent shall be one of the arrow heads of the company's
plan and desire to build strong, profitable and impregnable brands
through effective hospital presence / promotion and awareness creation
amongst the healthcare professional.
- These future leaders will be expected to initiate, plan and
execute effective hospital / promotional activities and as well as
manager the company's relationship with relevant health institutions
Requirements
- B.Pharm / B.Sc (Biological / Human / Animal Science)
- 3-5 years medical representation experience
- Current position as a senior Med. Rep. offers definite advantage
- Strong hospital promotion capabilities and intellectual / analytical skills
- Self-starter, ambitious, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity index
- Ability to drive, with proof
Job Title: National Sales Manager
Location: Lagos
Responsibilities
- Responsible for and own strategy, planning, execution and supervision of sales and marketing functions for the company
- Reporting to the president / CEO
- He/She will propose and implement sales, market and marketing objectives
Requirements
- B.Pharm. degree or equivalent
- Possession of an MBA a definite advantage
- 5-7 years experience team - leadership
- Track record of performance across region and segments, including multinational and indigenous - concerns work environment
- Candidates currently holding similar position in Nigeria are preffered
- Regional sales leader with at least 4-5 years experience and similar work environment may be considered
- Demonstrable experience in managing a sales team of up to 15 or more
- Strong hospital and ethical marketing brand - awareness creation experience
- Strong commercial and business sense
- Problem solver, result oriented and intra - preneural, self -
directed and self - motivated self - starter with definite ability to
work without insignificant supervision
- Must possess excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Above average ability to use Microsoft Office package, especially Excell and Power point
- High Integrity index
