We are recruiting to fill the below position:

Job Title: Verification Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Descriptions

• Conduct verification exercise on both applicants and clients e.g references, guarantors, past employers, educational credentials, criminal records, medical reports etc
• Maintain employee files and update staff details
• Send daily report on verification exercise and outcome
• Involve in placement of staff to clients from time to time
• Ensure candidate's interview sheet & guarantors forms are readily available
• Filing & documentation of incoming and outgoing mails
• Maintain the integrity of verification process and results
• Visit applicants past employers, guarantors and home address for verification
• Ensure the verification process is in accordance with the company's objectives
• Document the results of validity checks on client's verification profile in a presentable manner
• Scrutiny and verification of information regarding applicants
